The following motion graphic presentation was created for E&J Gallo Wines for a presentation in Modesto, California. Licensing issues prevent the audio track from being used online. Barefoot Wine has been a huge success in Canada since it’s launch.

Canadian International Autoshow

The challenge, shoot, edit, shoot, edit and deliver in 60 hours to the networks with closed captioning in place. This is what faced SMS Digital Productions last month as we produced a half hour broadcast program for Global TV, Channel Zero, SunTV, The Cave and Rogers on demand. The program “AUTOSHOW TV” aired 67 times over the course of two weeks.

Not only did we produced a half hour show in that time frame, we also create 8 x 60 seconds spots for Global TV, Action, History Channel, IFC, Sun TV, The Cave, Channel Zero, OMNI, City TV. These 60 second spots, ran 220 time over the course of the 2 weeks.

The spots also required encoding for the Autoshow website and DVD’s authored.

Gord Stellick and Shannon Leroux did the one screen honours.

corporate communication by Vaughan Community Health Centre.

The content will be used in the reception area to provide and informative look at
the services provided by Vaughn Community Health Centre.

Direct Energy – Smart Energy Minute

SMSDigital Productions produced 8 – one minute spots called “Smart Energy Minute” sponsored by Direct Energy. These spots aired in Ontario and in Calgary on CTV & Global. SMSDigital Productions was responsible for the Narration Record, Editing, Motion Graphics and additional camera work. There were also encodes for the web and DVD authored disks.

The narrator for the sponsor bit was Dave Duval. It was a great re-union as we worked together several years ago on an Atto Infomercial. Dave is one of the nicest guys in the business and always has great stories to tell.

Return to the RBC Canadian Open

SMSDigital Productions did a great deal of work with ScoreGolf TV over the last few months, including time at the RBC Canadian Open. Working with host Bob Weeks, SMS Digital Productions captured one-on-one interviews with Fred Couples, Aaron Baddeley, Stephen Ames, Tim Clark, Ian Leggatt and many more. The interviews will be on the magazine show which airs on TSN and on their internet program ScoreGolf Daily.

The Islington Golf Club played backdrop for the interviews, as the first two holes of the course we’re turned into the practice facility for the tournament which was played at St. George`s Golf Club in Toronto, Ontario.

Motion Graphics

SMSDigital Productions’ Motion Graphics department has been very busy in the past month, creating an abstract wave which was used to bridge some interviews and titles, space zooms to all parts of the world with animated supers, and creating a store front where non-existed.

Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors

The puck has dropped on what hopes to be a winning season for the Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors. With the 2011 Mastercard Memorial Cup being played in the Hershey Centre it’s going to be one exciting season. The Majors kicked off the year with a win over the Windsor Spitfires.

SMSDigital Productions was involved with the in-house feed of the game working along side with Innovation Two, creating a great environment and energy in the building. SMSDigital Productions was responsible for the operation of the Robocam on this day, but will also be involved with the hand-held camera, live directing and more throughout the season.
